The new Public Service Info provides advice about the correct authority for obtaining service, helps with electronic services and answers general questions relating to public services.
Public Service Info helps citizens find the relevant authority and provides support pertaining to electronic services. Public Service Info also answers questions of a general nature concerning public services.
It is not possible to initiate official business through Public Service Info; instead it directs citizens to the correct authority. Public Service Info does not forward phone calls, either.
The services channels for reaching Public Service Info are phone, e-mail and the electronic contact form. Service is available by phone on Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:00 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00. All times are Finnish time. Customer service is provided in Finnish, Swedish and English.
The operator’s local network rate, standard mobile rate or text message rate is charged for phone calls or text messages. There is no charge for the service itself.
